Any reply from talents automatically moves their profile to the replied stage. Recruiters can use a Calendly-like tool to schedule interviews.

Interviewed Stage:

Includes a tool to send offers to interviewed candidates.

Offered Stage:

Displays whether talents have accepted or rejected the recruiter’s job offer. Recruiters can hire talents by moving them to the hired stage.

Hired Stage:

Moving talents to the hired stage triggers a confirmation email informing them that they have been hired.
